One To One Scheduler

The One-to-One Scheduler will be used again for you to pre-book your one-to-one meetings. Login and password codes to access the system will be sent out in due course after registration.

All delegates will be given their login and password codes a few days (date to be advised) before the One2one scheduler officially opens. This is so that delegates have the chance to ‘block out’ any time slots where they do not wish to hold meetings.

PLEASE NOTE: You will not be allowed to book meetings with delegates during this time - delegates will be able to book their meetings when the scheduler officially opens.

Please also note that the scheduler will close approximately 2 weeks before the meeting is due to begin.
